Share your story on CDC's YouTube

All of our stories matter.  Sharing them can provide powerful inspiration to others, encouraging them to make changes in their own lives and communities.  The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Foundation has created a "Heads Up" film festival that gives the public a platform to help bring more attention to the concussion issue.  Everyone is encouraged to participate by posting their story on YouTube and following the directions below:

1) Create a video about your experience

2) Upload it to YouTube and tag it with HeadsUpFilmFestival

If you'd rather share your story without video, find them on Facebook: facebook.com/#!/cdcheadsupFor complete Terms & Conditions: www.cdcfoundation.org/sitefiles/HeadsUpFilmFestivalTerms.pdf
